Assembly & Soldering Operator

Position Overview

Magnasphere Corp is seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team for light industrial assembly in our climate-controlled facility. This role involves a variety of production tasks, requiring the flexibility to shift between assembly and soldering duties to ensure our electrical goods meet rigorous quality standards. We are looking for dependable candidate trainees committed to quality, consistency, productivity, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Assembly: Perform precise light industrial assembly of electrical goods per procedures/instructions.
Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections and testing to identify and resolve any defects or issues.
Soldering: Safely operate, handle, and maintain soldering equipment on a daily basis.
Encapsulation: Prepare and apply epoxy potting mixtures to properly encapsulate switch assemblies.
Packaging: Ensure finished products are carefully packaged and prepared for shipping.
