Position Overview
True Care Health Staffing is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide compassionate, reliable nursing care in an inpatient mental health setting.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor and document patient conditions
- Assist with maintaining a safe and supportive environment
- Communicate patient needs and changes in condition to the appropriate clinical team
- Complete required documentation and nursing reports
- Follow facility policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Support patients with dignity, compassion, and respect
Requirements
- Current and active LPN license in Georgia
- Previous healthcare experience preferred
- Mental health or behavioral health experience is a plus
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Reliable and professional
- Ability to work 12-hour day or night shifts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
Compensation & Schedule
Compensation: $30-$35 per hour
Employment:1099 - PRN
Shift and Schedule: 12-hour shifts Day andNight shifts available
