Shift: Days, with potential night and weekend call requirements

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000 for qualified hires

Responsibilities:

Perform routine and high-complexity clinical laboratory testing

Work across laboratory specialties, including microbiology and transfusion medicine

Analyze and interpret results while maintaining quality standards

Maintain laboratory equipment and support regulatory compliance

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver accurate patient results
Requirements:
-
Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field (qualifying experience or training may be considered)

ASCP, AMT, or equivalent national certification
-
At least 1 year of clinical laboratory experience or qualifying hospital internship

Knowledge of laboratory testing, quality control, and laboratory information systems

Ability to work independently in a hospital laboratory setting
