Working closely with our Financial Controller and a tight-knit team of three, this role takes complete ownership of CAM reconciliations, day-to-day property accounting, and full-cycle AP/AR. Full-time position Benefits: 100% employer-paid benefits + 10 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 Base Salary + Discretionary Bonus Job Details Key Responsibilities CAM Reconciliations: Complete ownership of preparing, reviewing, and reconciling Common Area Maintenance (CAM) schedules. AP & AR Management: Handle full-cycle property Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, issue invoices, apply payments, and manage intercompany reconciliations. Ledgers & Journal Entries: Track and monitor tenant ledgers, post and process journal entries at month-end, and perform credit card reconciliations. Financial Reporting Assistance: Assist the Controller in processing balance sheets, income statements, and other core financial statements. Cross-Department Support: Collaborate with Property Management and Brokerage departments to review expenses and handle payment processing. Data Maintenance: Update financial data accurately and timely, while assisting with ad-hoc accounting projects as needed. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience working in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Accounting is a must. Lease Knowledge: Deep, working knowledge and understanding of NNN (Triple Net) leases. Software Skills: Proficiency in Yardi Voyager (highly preferred) and QuickBooks. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a bookkeeping certificate is preferred. Work Style: Highly organized, hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a 100% on-site office environment.
