Hand & Upper Extremity Orthopedic Surgeon Oregon
A regional Level II trauma center is seeking a Fellowship-Trained Hand & Upper Extremity Orthopedic Surgeon to join a comprehensive and well-supported orthopedic team.
Position Highlights:
- Employed position with productivity-based compensation
- Practice at a Level II Trauma Center and regional referral hub

- Hospital-owned ASC
- Main OR
- Onsite imaging
- Dedicated hand therapy
- WALANT procedure room
- Established Hand to Shoulder clinic with strong outpatient volume and dedicated OR time
- Broad case mix including fingertip to elbow (option to expand into shoulder)
- 1:4 hand call, supported by orthopedic residents
- Opportunity to work with collegiate athletes
- Robust referral network serving 300,000+ population across multiple counties
- Collaborative environment with mid-level support and resident involvement
- EPIC EMR system
Qualifications:
- Fellowship-trained in Hand & Upper Extremity
- CAQ in Hand Surgery (or eligible)
- Board Certified / Board Eligible
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Team-oriented with a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Experience preferred, but new graduates encouraged to apply
