Reviewing and analyzing title commitments, recorded documents, and surveys, identifying issues and facilitating resolution. 2. Drafting, reviewing, and managing various legal documents related to title and survey matters. 3. Coordinating with title companies, surveyors, and other parties to ensure all title and survey requirements are met. 4. Assisting in the preparation and management of real estate closings, including preparation of closing checklists, coordination with all parties involved, and review of closing documents. Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Paralegal, with a strong focus on title and survey matters. 2. Proven experience in reviewing, analyzing, and managing title commitments, recorded documents, and surveys. 3. Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 4. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. 5. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
