About the Role

You'll care for patients with a variety of chronic and acute medical conditions, including individuals with tracheostomies and ventilators . These patients are already medically managed, and while you'll provide ongoing primary care and medical oversight, you will not be responsible for ventilator or tracheostomy management. Specialized clinical teams provide support for those aspects of care.
