TradeWise Staffing Group is hiring entry-level electricians and apprentices for a large-scale commercial water reclamation facility project in Graham, NC. New to the trade? No problem - if you've got up to a year of experience (or a strong willingness to learn), we want to talk. This is steady, long-term work on a multi-year build with real room to grow your skills and your pay.
Pay: $20-$22/hr ( based on experience )
What You'll Do:
- Assist journeymen electricians with installation and assembly
- Run conduit, pull wire, and help terminate connections
- Support underground electrical and low-voltage work
- Load, move, and stage materials on site
- Follow all OSHA and site safety standards
What We're Looking For:
- 0-1 year of electrical or construction experience
- Willingness to learn and show up ready to work
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
