StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Call 24;Weekend;On Call Pay Rate: $2425.00 - $2625.00

This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: 24 hour call for weekends
• Practice Setting: Inpatient
• Types of Cases: General Urology
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
• Certifications Required: Board Certification, Basic Life Support, Drug Enforcement Administration
• Licensure Required: Colorado License preferred
