Responsibilities: Stand by Assist for balance Assisting with wiping and pull up changes Companion while taking him out shopping, to church and to his mother's house Reliably communicate with Adult home supervisor and guardian Requirements: Valid Driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation for taking out client Background check before hire MUST have background experience working with adults with Autism Preference for caregivers who are kind, patient, and have exceptional reliability Location: Chippewa Falls Schedule: Thursdays or Tuesdays 11am-3pm Sundays for 5-6 hours in the am for church Compensation: $16.32-$19 based on experience Mileage reimbursement please connect with: (email removed) OR APPLY AT: (link removed) If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record.
