Now Hiring: Certified Welder
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Certified Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with stick welding and flux-cored arc welding (FCAW), a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to produce high-quality welds that meet industry standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform stick welding (SMAW) and flux-cored arc welding (FCAW) on various materials and components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings.
- Prepare materials, fit components, and complete welds according to project specifications.
- Inspect finished welds for quality, accuracy, and structural integrity.
- Maintain welding equipment, tools, and a clean, organized work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and applicable welding standards.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet production schedules and project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Current welding certification required.
- Demonstrated experience with stick and flux-core welding.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow welding procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Knowledge of welding safety practices and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Reliable attendance, a strong work ethic, and a professional attitude.
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of welding work, including standing for extended periods and lifting materials as needed.
