Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Neurosurgeon, you will join our established practice at Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group in The Woodlands, TX. You will play a pivotal role in the success and development of our practice.
Every day you will deliver high-acuity neurosurgical are through precise diagnosis, evidence-based decision making and expert management of complex neurological conditions. You will guide patients and families through complex neurosurgical treatment with clarity, compassion and consistent communication.
To be successful in this role, you will be BC/BE Physician with a passion for helping patients, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality comprehensive care.
- Join an established Neurosurgery team, with a large primary care referral base and built-in referral system
- This role involves treating a broad range of neurological conditions
- Option to specialize in spine
- Operating room, admitting and consulting privileges at St. Luke's The Woodlands Hospital, which includes 6 operating rooms, 4 of which are equipped with the da Vinci Xi robotic platform.

We are offering a competitive base salary that includes guaranteed base salary, production and quality incentives, CME allowance, sign-on bonus and relocation assistance, as well as 30 days off including time for sick leave, PTO and CME. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes 401k with match.
Job Requirements Required:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurological Surgery
- Active or eligible license in the state of Texas, or ability to obtain prior to employment
- Completion of ACGME Accredited Neurosurgery Residency
- American Board Certification and active BLS
