Position Details: Specialty: Oncology/Hematology Shift Type: Varied (Monday - Friday 8a-5p, 1-2 days of call per week, 1 weekend per month) Weekend Requirements: Yes, 1 weekend per month On Call Requirements: Yes, 1-2 days per week Job Requirements: Board Certified - REQUIRED Active WA License - REQUIRED OR IMLC (LOQ MUST BE IN HAND & UPLOADED WITH NAME CLEAR SUBMISSION) Active ACLS, BLS - REQUIRED - MUST NOTE WILLING TO OBTAIN IF PROVIDER DOES NOT HAVE Clean Malpractice - HIGHLY PREFERRED Availability M-F 8a-5p, 1-2 days a week call & 1 weekend per month - REQUIRED TO NOTE AT SUBMISSION Disclose if provider has worked at any other CHI/Dignity facilities - REQUIRED COVID VACCINATED - REQUIRED Facility Description: The facility is dedicated to providing exceptional care to our community.
