• Schedule: 4-Day Work Week (Tue - Fri, 10-hour days) Guaranteed 3-Day Weekend Every Week (Mondays Off)
• Call & Inpatient: 100% Outpatient ZERO Call & ZERO Inpatient (Dedicated hospitalist psychiatrist handles all consults)
• Pace & Workload: Extremely manageable targeted pace of 170 visits per month ( 8-9 patients/day)
• Admin Time: 15% built-in dedicated administrative time with full autonomy over schedule templates (intakes & follow-ups)

• Support Staff: Full on-site clinical support including a dedicated RN, Medical Assistant, and embedded LCSWs

• Degree: MD or DO
• Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (Adult)
