Schedule: Monday Thursday, 8 AM 4:30 PM Friday, 7:30 AM 4 PM
No Weekends No Call
Patient Population: 100% Adult
Setting: Outpatient Clinic
EMR: Epic
️ Patient Volume: 14 patients/day

- Other Neurologists will be present during the assignment
- Group includes 12 Physicians + 4 APPs
- Support staff includes 2 MAs and 2 front-desk staff
- No weekends and no call
- Ideal candidate works every week of every month
- One trip home per month covered by the client
- A strong candidate available 3 weeks/month may also be considered
- Important: Botox procedures are not available for locum physicians
Availability
Full-time availability is required:
- Monday Thursday: 8 AM 4:30 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM 4 PM
- No weekends
- No call
Requirements
- Board Certified Required
- Active Ohio License Required
- IMLC or new Ohio license candidates NOT accepted
- Clean background Required, no exceptions
- COVID vaccination Required at name clear
- Must meet the required full-time availability
Credentialing: Approximately 90 days
Temporary privileges may be requested for providers with a clean file.
