- Provide full-spectrum Family Medicine and preventive care to a diverse patient population.
- Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and their families.
- Manage acute and chronic conditions while promoting preventive health and wellness.
- Collaborate with physicians and advanced practice providers to coordinate high-quality patient care.
- Participate in an after-hours call rotation with Family Medicine colleagues.
- Contribute to clinical quality initiatives and ongoing improvements in patient care.
- Connect patients with laboratory, imaging, specialty, and other available resources.
- Maintain 36 patient-facing hours per week.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary of $257,000-$286,000 annually.
- Sign-on bonus eligibility up to $20,000.

Requirements
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or truly Board Eligible (within 0-7 years of residency completion).
