- Department Size: 40 beds
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $6,480-$7,670
- Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 30 days

PM&R Physician Job Requirements
- Physician with at least 1 year of clinical experience in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
- Board certification required
- Completion of fellowship training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
- Current Washington physician license strongly preferred
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to provide a minimum of 2 weeks per month of availability
Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage patients receiving inpatient rehabilitation services
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary rehabilitation care team
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans based on clinical needs
- Coordinate medical management and support safe transitions throughout the rehabilitation process
- Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and follow-up care accurately and promptly
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and members of the rehabilitation team
