COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base Salary: $235,000+ (based on experience)
$60,000 Sign-On Bonus with a 3-year commitment
OR up to $100,000 in Student Loan Repayment with a 5-year commitment
️ Premium Overtime: $185/hour
280 hours of paid time off annually

PRACTICE ENVIRONMENT
Independent CRNA model with strong clinical autonomy
Approximately 1 anesthesiologist for every 8 10 CRNAs
️ Join an established team of 7 CRNAs, with plans to add 2 providers
Robust regional and nerve block anesthesia program
Level II Trauma Center
DIVERSE CASE MIX Gain experience across a broad range of specialties, including:
General Surgery
Orthopedics
Neurosurgery
Obstetrics (OB)
Cardiac Cases
Trauma
Bariatric and transplant cases are excluded. ENT cases generally involve healthy patients.
️ IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Currently licensed or eligible for licensure in Ohio
- Strong clinical experience across a variety of anesthesia cases
- Cardiac anesthesia experience preferred for cardiac call participation
- Comfortable with an autonomous practice model
- Willingness to participate in 24-hour in-house call, as applicable
