  • Scope: primary care and occupational medicine
  • Dates: ASAP-12/11/2026
  • Schedule: M-F 3p-11p
  • Volume: 5-10 ppd
  • Support Staff: 1 RN
  • EMR: EPIC
  • Experience: 2+ years of NP experience
  • Requirements: Active MD license, DEA, BLS, DOT is a plus
