Advanced Practice Provider (NP) - Urology (Clinic-Only Role)

Position Overview:
We seek a dedicated and motivated Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner) to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys outpatient medicine, continuity of care, a team approach to patient care, and building long-term patient relationships.
This is not an OR or first-assist position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including histories and physical exams
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of urologic conditions in the outpatient setting
- Perform in-office procedures (e.g., catheter placement, bladder scans, minor procedures)
- Provide follow-up and chronic disease management
- Collaborate closely with supervising physician and clinical staff
- Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventive care
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Active Arizona license (or eligible for)
- DEA certification (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a clinic setting
- Urology experience required
- Bilingual English-Spanish preferred, but not required
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Baseline: $130,000+, with significant potential for additional earnings and performance-based bonuses. Starting salary may increase based on experience and productivity.
