Join Our Manufacturing Team!
Western Shotcrete Equipment Inc., manufacturer of Warrior Concrete and Shotcrete Pumps, is looking for an experienced Welder / Fabricator to join our growing team in West Haven, Utah.
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual who takes pride in their craftsmanship, works well with others, and has the skills to fabricate and weld high-quality components used in heavy equipment manufacturing.
Job Responsibilities
Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of components.
Fabricate and assemble steel, stainless steel, and aluminum parts.
Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.
Measure, cut, fit, and weld components accurately.
Operate saws, grinders, and other metal fabrication equipment.
Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy.
Work alongside our production team to meet manufacturing deadlines.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications
MIG and TIG welding experience required.
Previous fabrication experience strongly preferred.
Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings.
Experience welding aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel preferred.
Strong measuring, layout, and fitting skills.
Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help others.
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Experience in heavy equipment manufacturing is a plus.
