Two years of guaranteed compensation for new lateral partners Initial guaranteed compensation is determined based on the candidate's experience and practice Partner compensation is reviewed annually by the firm's Compensation Committee Annual compensation is based on individual performance and overall contribution to the firm Partners receive biweekly draws throughout the year When the annual compensation awarded exceeds the partner's draws, the difference is paid through additional distributions 15% origination compensation within the firm's partner compensation structure Significant upside for partners who continue to grow their book and contribute to the firm's overall success Job Details Why Consider?
