This on site role offers long term stability and the opportunity to support a growing production environment. Job Requirements: Create and maintain manufacturing programs using CAD/CAM software to support production equipment. Assist with equipment setup and initial production activities, including troubleshooting and making program -adjustments to support stable operations. Develop and modify programs to support a variety of manufacturing processes and equipment types. Collaborate with shop personnel to improve and standardize processes, tooling, and work methods. Maintain organized control of program files, digital models, documentation, and related records in accordance with internal procedures. Support advanced machining activities as required in a modern manufacturing environment. Qualifications General understanding of manufacturing operations and machining concepts. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Experience creating or modifying manufacturing programs using CAD/CAM tools. Familiarity with supporting production environments and working collaboratively with operations teams. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and documentation discipline.
