The practice centers on complex divorce, business valuation and community property disputes, premarital agreements, custody and post decree matters, appeals, mediation, arbitration, and parenting coordination. Job Details Active Arizona bar license in good standing (or eligibility to waive in promptly) Minimum 2 years of family law experience, ideally in Maricopa County family court Working knowledge of Arizona community property, spousal maintenance, child support guidelines, and legal decision making and parenting time Comfortable drafting pleadings, disclosure, discovery, and motions, and handling temporary orders hearings and evidentiary hearings Exposure to financially complex matters (business valuation, tracing, retirement division) is a strong plus Clear, calm client communication, sound judgment, and the discretion these cases demand Thrives in a small, partner led team where you own your files and contribute directly Interested in hearing more?
