Knowledge of bridge inspection procedures, structural evaluation, and condition documentation. Strong technical report writing and communication skills. Ability to perform field inspections and travel to bridge sites as needed. Preferred Qualifications Illinois bridge inspection team leader designation or applicable qualifications. Experience with IDOT bridge inspection projects and procedures. Familiarity with NBIS requirements and FHWA bridge inspection standards. Experience with bridge load ratings, structural analysis, and rehabilitation recommendations. Experience managing inspection teams, project schedules, and client deliverables.
