What you'll do: Build and install hardscape: pavers, retaining walls, French drains, and gates, plus light concrete work Handle site demo, prep, grading, and base work Load up and get the crew to the jobsite by 7:30-7:45 a.m. Read scopes, estimates, and plans; coordinate timelines and materials with Project Managers Track progress and material use, and hold the work to the Graham Standard What you need: Gate building and installation experience (top priority) Hands-on hardscape experience: pavers, retaining walls, French drains Some concrete experience (small pours) General construction knowledge and experience leading a small crew Nice to have: Woodworking, decks, and fences Irrigation and planting experience Valid driver's license Interested in hearing more?
