Job Details -Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. -Minimum of 4 years of commercial preconstruction estimating experience. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a practical, solutions-focused mindset. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. -Experience with construction estimating and project tools such as HeavyBid, Sage, OST, Procore, or Bluebeam. -Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents accurately, with exceptional attention to detail.
