This role will require innovative thinking, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of financial markets, as well as the ability to manage risks and optimize our company's financial resources. Responsibilities: Developing and implementing financial strategies to optimize our company's liquidity and mitigate financial risk Deep treasury investment and cash management experience, including managing substantial cash balances, developing investment policies, balance sheet management, liquidity planning, and risk management Experience managing cash volumes that are materially larger than mid-market businesses Strong executive presence with the ability to present to senior leadership, the CFO, and the Board of Directors, effectively communicating investment strategies, cash management, and risk decisions Experience working in a high-growth, dynamic organization where cash flow activity is significant and evolving Proven ability to build processes and a treasury function Able to operate in a lean organization, roll up their sleeves, and take ownership without relying on large teams Qualifications: 10-15 years of progressive Treasury/Finance experience with a strong balance of technical expertise and ambition; seasoned enough to lead independently while still hungry to build and grow Demonstrated track record of being a high performer who consistently delivers results and can "out-punt their coverage" Strong strategic thinking combined with operational execution; capable of making decisions and implementing them Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field; MBA is a plus but not required Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to build credibility quickly across finance leadership and cross-functional teams Interested in hearing more?
