Requirements: Experience estimating in a relevant field Proven experience in construction estimating, with a strong understanding of cost control principles Knowledge of construction management and project management processes Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contract documents Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Excellent negotiation and communication skills Proficient in using estimating software and tools Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Interested in hearing more?
