Job Details Responsibilities Support approximately 3-5 attorneys across a variety of civil litigation matters. Prepare, file, and serve documents in California state and federal courts. Manage litigation-related calendaring and deadlines. Prepare and proofread legal documents and correspondence. Coordinate meetings, scheduling, travel, and other administrative needs. Assist with general litigation administration and case coordination. Support trial preparation, including trial binders, presentations, charts, and graphs, as needed. Work with document management systems and current legal technology. Required Qualifications Civil litigation experience within a law firm. Ideally 3+ years of relevant experience. California litigation experience strongly preferred. Hands-on experience with electronic filing and service in both California state and federal courts. Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills. Experience supporting multiple attorneys simultaneously. Current computer skills and comfort working with modern legal technology. Preferred Qualifications Intellectual property litigation or practice experience. Paralegal certificate or interest in obtaining one. Appellate court filing experience.
