Run work you can drive past with your family, including transit, roadway and park projects that change Portland neighborhoods We self perform most of our scopes, so you work with our own crews and control the schedule Owner led company where leadership knows your name and decisions happen fast Competitive base plus bonus, with full benefits and a vehicle or allowance Steady public sector backlog and real room to grow into a Senior PM or project executive role Job Details Manage heavy civil projects from preconstruction through closeout, including roadway, utilities, earthwork, site concrete and paving Own the budget, monthly forecasting, cost control and change orders Build and maintain CPM schedules and coordinate closely with superintendents and union craft Act as the main point of contact for public owners like TriMet, the City of Portland and ODOT, including DBE and workforce reporting Support estimating and bid reviews on upcoming public work Requirements 5 plus years managing heavy civil or public infrastructure projects on the contractor side Experience on public jobs from $5M to $60M, ideally with prevailing wage and DBE requirements Comfortable working with union craft and running the job from the field Strong grasp of cost control, forecasting and scheduling (MS Project, P6 or HCSS) Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred, or equivalent field experience Interested in hearing more?
