You'll independently manage matters from intake through resolution - handling depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation - while working alongside a team that values steady, long-term attorneys over short-term hires. Matters will include premises and retail liability, general liability, Labor Law (Sections 200, 240, 241), and commercial auto/trucking litigation, with a mix of routine matters and complex, catastrophic-loss cases involving multiple parties.
