Defend workers' compensation claims from initial filing through hearings and appeals Manage depositions and coordinate expert witness testimony Advise carrier and self-insured clients on claim strategy and exposure Provide prompt, thorough client reporting to eliminate surprises Represent clients across trucking/logistics, retail, heavy industry, and construction sectors Looking for: Pennsylvania or New Jersey Bar admission (or eligible to waive in) Recent workers' compensation defense experience Interested in hearing more?
