Job Details Minimum of 5 years of industrial construction experience, including progressive field leadership or supervisory responsibilities. Proven experience as an Industrial Construction Project Manager, Superintendent, Foreman, or similar field leadership professional. Experience leading crews on industrial construction and food processing facility projects. Strong background in industrial construction involving insulated metal panels (IMP), concrete, structural steel, floor drains, and trench drains. Demonstrated knowledge of construction methods, job site safety, equipment operation, and quality control. Experience planning daily work activities, assigning crew responsibilities, coordinating subcontractors, and managing project schedules. Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications. Experience tracking proect progress, materials, equipment, field documentation, and safety compliance. Proficiency with construction tools, machinery, and field coordination practices. Proven ability to troubleshoot field issues, resolve conflicts, and keep crews productive while meeting project requirements. Ability to work on active construction sites in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
