Arbors Management Inc. is seeking a skilled, self-motivated Regional Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will travel between property sites across the region, handling a wide range of hands-on repairs, inspections, and capital improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities of the Regional Maintenance Tech:
- Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, and appliance repairs across multiple sites.
- Turn vacant apartments (painting, cleaning, general upkeep) for new resident move-ins.
- Complete routine preventative maintenance, building safety inspections, and assist with larger capital projects.
- Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies to ensure resident safety and code compliance.
Qualifications for the Regional Maintenance Tech. Position:
- 3+ years of facilities, property maintenance, or skilled trade experience.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
- Great communication skills and the ability to effectively train less experienced techs.
- Flexibility for occasional evening/weekend calls.
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable truck or van you can use for work.
- Capable of passing a criminal background or drug screen.
Compensation details: 26-28 Hourly Wage
