Work Dates Needed: Starting December 16-January 15
Preferred Schedule: Clinic hours are Monday-Friday from 8a-4p
Worksite Setting: Outpatient Urgent Care
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active CT licensure, BLS, DEA
EMR: DOCUTAP
Pay Rate Preferred: $80-$85 per hour
