This hospital-employed opportunity offers an $800,000 guaranteed base salary for three years, a $100,000 upfront bonus, and significant opportunity to expand advanced endoscopy services across a regional market with substantial unmet demand.
Practice & Opportunity Highlights
- Join a team of 5 gastroenterologists, including 3 general GIs, 1 GI hospitalist, and 1 part-time GI transitioning to hospitalist-only duties
- Become the primary physician for advanced endoscopy, including ERCP and EUS, currently covered by advanced GI locums
- Opportunity to perform advanced procedures while maintaining some general GI volume
- Significant potential to grow the advanced endoscopy service line and capture unmet regional demand
- Opportunity to introduce additional advanced procedures, including third-space endoscopy, not currently available in the region
