LeaderStat is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) / Nurse Practitioner for a full-time, hospital-based opportunity in Columbia, Missouri. This position is ideal for a provider who enjoys caring for medically complex patients, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and building meaningful relationships with patients throughout their recovery.

Responsibilities
- Assess, evaluate, and manage hospitalized patients with complex medical conditions.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care.
- Provide advanced clinical care appropriate to the patient's condition and needs.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with hospital standards.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other members of the healthcare team.
- Apply sound clinical judgment and evidence-based practices to support quality patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in nursing with appropriate advanced practice clinical preparation.
- Current APRN authorization for Missouri, with applicable national certification and required state recognition.
- 1-3 years of clinical experience in critical care or a hospital-based setting.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Strong assessment, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, empathetic, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach to patient care.
