- Base salary: 230-250k
- Clinic hours: Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm
- Providers typically work 4 days per week and see 16-18 patients per day
- No call - outpatient only
- Group has 3 medical clinics within 30 minutes of each other - most providers rotate through each
- EMR: Athena Practice (implementing Epic in 2026)

- Located 30 minutes from Redding, just under 2 hours from Chico and Susanville, and 3 1/2 hours from the Pacific coast
- Domestic Airport available in Redding with direct flights to San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Seattle. International Airport offered in Sacramento (2 1/2 hour drive)
