StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $1823.60 - $1974.00

This facility is seeking Otolaryngology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: Monday Friday 7a 5p for clinic; Night Pager Call 5p 7a; Weekends are 24 hour call

Practice Setting: Inpatient and outpatient

Types of Cases: Pediatrics - no trauma

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days

Certifications Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Licensure Required: Willing to license
