Protean Med is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established outpatient practice in Pueblo, Colorado. Provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages while working with a collaborative healthcare team.
Location: Pueblo, Colorado
Position Type: Permanent Full-Time Outpatient
Compensation & Incentives
Base Salary: $257,000 $286,000 annually
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000
Productivity Bonus based on wRVUs
Student Loan Repayment: Up to $24,000

Provide full-spectrum family medicine and preventive care
Manage acute and chronic conditions

Participate in an after-hours call rotation

Requirements
Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Colorado medical license preferred; must obtain one before starting
DEA registration required before start
Clean malpractice and background history preferred
Current NPDB Self-Query Report, dated within 30 days
Visa requirements (J-1 or H-1B) must be disclosed during submission
