Compensation & Benefits
Annual Base Salary: $257,000 $286,000
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000, subject to eligibility
Productivity Bonus: Additional compensation based on wRVUs generated

Requirements
Board-Certified in Family Medicine or Truly Board-Eligible (within 0 7 years of residency completion) Required
Colorado Medical License: Highly preferred; must be obtained during credentialing and before the start date
DEA Registration: Required before starting
Most Recent NPDB Self-Query Report: Must be active and dated within the past 30 days; required at presentation
Malpractice and Background History: Clean history highly preferred
Visa Sponsorship: Candidates must disclose whether J-1 or H-1B visa support is required.
