Overview:
Our practice in Prescott Valley is seeking a Primary Care Physician (PCP) to provide comprehensive outpatient care for an established adult patient population. New grads and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply.
Position Offers:
- Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Productivity-based compensation with average earnings of $230 000 per year (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult patients
- Manage preventive care, wellness exams, acute visits, and chronic conditions
- Perform medication management and ongoing treatment planning
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and coordinate follow-up care
- Deliver patient education to support long-term health outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with specialists to ensure coordinated care
- Support quality and care improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active, current Physician (MD/DO) licensure in Arizona
- Ability to work independently in an outpatient setting with strong clinical and communication skills
