• Monday-Friday schedule, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
• Phone-only call shared at just 1:10

• Provide comprehensive primary care in a multi-specialty FQHC setting
• Robust on-site services including:

  • Pharmacy

• Average patient volume of approximately 18 patients per day
