Indiana University Health Ball Memorial Hospital is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible General Anesthesiologist to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care across a broad range of surgical cases (excluding cardiac anesthesia, which is covered by our dedicated team).
- Work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthetists, nurses, and other perioperative staff to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.
- Cover all general anesthesiology needs without restriction to specific service lines.
- Participate in call responsibilities as part of a fair and balanced rotation.
- Contribute to a positive culture, aligning with the department s emphasis on teamwork, patient safety, and efficiency.
Candidate Profile
- MD/DO degree with successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology residency.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.
- Generalist skillset: no subspecialty focus required, though flexibility in areas like pain management may be considered.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and committed to delivering excellent patient care.
- Willingness to engage in a collegial, supportive environment and help drive alignment across the anesthesia group.
