Bon Secours Lourdes Hospital is expanding its Interventional Cardiology locum coverage pool beginning January/February 2026 and is seeking Board-Certified Interventional Cardiologists with 3 7 days per month of ongoing availability. This is an excellent opportunity to join a strong, well-supported team in a regional referral center serving communities across western Kentucky and surrounding states.
Assignment Highlights Schedule: 3 7 days per month (ongoing)
Setting: Inpatient only, STEMI/EMTALA call
No clinic or ambulatory work
Team Structure: Two full-time Interventional Cardiologists on staff, with another Interventionalist present during locum coverage
Patient Population: Adults
EMR: Epic (Cupid)
Core Interventional Procedures General Cardiology Responsibilities Respond to all cardiology calls for the hospital
General Cardiology consults as needed
Read EKGs, ECHOs, and Stress Tests (including nuclear stress)
