Family Practice - Without OB Physician

• Duties:
- Manage chronic illnesses, injuries, and acute care cases
- Perform routine exams, cancer screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counselling
- Participate in a light call rotation with RN triage
• Other Info:
- Phone call coverage once every 70 days
- Telemedicine coverage for 2-3 hours on weekends once every 3 months
- Optionally participate in teaching medical students & precepting NP/PA students
Requirements:
• Active NY License or ability to obtain
• BC/BE
• DEA
• ACLS
• Clean Record
• Min 1 year of experience in primary care
• NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active)
