CNC Machinist

Produce high-accuracy parts by following technical blueprints, programming or loading instructions, and monitoring live machine cycles. Pay depends on experience.

Setup & Loading: Mount and secure raw materials, fixtures, and cutting tools into CNC mills, lathes, routers, or multi-axis centers.

Blueprint Interpretation: Read technical drawings, CAD files, or setup sheets to verify dimensions and tolerances.

Machine Operation: Input or load programs, adjust feed rates and cutting speeds, and run trial tests.

Quality Control: Inspect finished components using precision tools like micrometers, calipers, and gauges.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Monitor for tool wear, replace dull inserts, clear chip bins, add coolant/lubrication, and perform basic daily upkeep.

Documentation: Log production output, track maintenance schedules, and report defects to supervisors
