Looking for steady security work in OC? Safeguard On Demand has posts open right now in Santa Ana and the surrounding Orange County area. We are a licensed California private patrol operator, PPO , headquartered right here in Santa Ana at 200 N Tustin Avenue.
Our officers work at medical clinics, apartment communities, office parks, construction job sites, houses of worship and gated HOA properties throughout the county. Shifts run around the clock, so whether you want mornings, swings or overnights, we can usually match your availability.
COMPENSATION
$18.00 to $22.00 per hour. Your exact rate depends on the site and the work order city. Pay lands every week.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
You must hold a current BSIS Guard Card and a valid Power to Arrest certificate. There is no exception to either. Beyond that you need to be 18 or older, legally able to work in the United States, able to pass a background check and drug screen, have dependable transportation and carry a working smartphone for reporting. You should be able to remain on your feet and cover the property throughout your shift. Officers who speak both English and Spanish are especially encouraged to apply.
A TYPICAL SHIFT
You are the first thing people see when they arrive, so presentation and attitude matter. You will walk and drive the property, manage who comes in and out, and log hourly reports with written notes and time-stamped photos in our officer app. When something happens you handle it calmly, write it up properly, and loop in dispatch. Our dispatch center is staffed around the clock, so there is always a supervisor on the other end of the radio.
GROWTH
Plenty of our supervisors and account managers started on post. If you show up, write clean reports and handle your site well, there is a path forward here.
