Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time Flexible 8-, 10-, or 12-Hour Shifts

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: Starting at $235,000+, with higher compensation based on experience
Sign-On Bonus: $60,000 with a 3-year commitment
Student Loan Repayment: Up to $100,000 with a 5-year commitment
️ Premium Overtime Pay: $185/hour
Paid Time Off: 280 hours annually

Independent CRNA model with strong clinical autonomy
️ Approximately 1 anesthesiologist for every 8 10 CRNAs
Established team of 7 CRNAs looking to add 2 providers
Robust regional and nerve block anesthesia program
Diverse clinical experience at a Level II Trauma Center
Diverse Case Mix
Gain experience across a broad range of surgical specialties, including:
General Surgery
Orthopedics
Neurosurgery
Obstetrics (OB)
️ Cardiac Surgery
Trauma
Bariatric and transplant cases are excluded. ENT cases generally involve healthy patients.
️ Cardiac & Call Opportunities
️ Cardiac-trained CRNAs may participate in cardiac call
24-hour in-house call opportunities
️ All call hours count toward the 80-hour pay period
Significant overtime earning potential through the call structure
Ideal Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications:
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Eligible for Ohio licensure
Strong clinical experience across a variety of anesthesia cases
Preferred Qualifications:
️ Cardiac anesthesia experience or training
Interest in an autonomous CRNA practice model
Comfort with trauma and diverse surgical cases
